In order to improve the business knowledge and expertise level of the staffs in the Sales Department andsummarize the semiannual market, this company organized a four-day market salesstaffs training conference in Dongguan Kewei Institute from June 5, 2015 toJune 9, 2015. The attendants were George Du,Ph.D, Senior Vice President and Kewei General Manager in Vascular Surgery, Li Hu, Deputy General Manager of Kewei, Changsheng Wu, Person-in-Charge of Kewei Occluder Bussiness Department, Jianjie Zhu, Kewei National Market Sales Director, Zhaokui Li, Sales Manager ofNorth Major Region, Sugar Peng, Market Manager, and all staffs in Market Sales Department. In addition, Technical Development , Quality Department, Supply Chain, Personnel Administration Department, and Financial Department were invited to attend this conference.
The training curriculum lastingfor four days and a half have very abundant contents, including the company regulations and system, financial system, sales skills, product knowledge andbusiness procedures; Director Weiming Huang from Guangdong Provincial ZhongshanHospital, Director Shushui Wang from Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital,and Mr. Li from Guangxi Hospital etc. to give detailed explanations on theclinical knowledge related with extracorporal circulation, congenital heartdiseases and occluders. All the people strictly observe the training disciplines, think carefully, and participate actively; they gained a lot.
In addition to the knowledge learning, one day was arranged for the reporting and summarizing of these miannual work of Market Sales Department, and the persons-in-charge in eachregion commented on the work of each staff so that they could realize their defectswhile actively working to facilitate the subsequent self-improvement. Duringthe conference, certificates of merit were granted to the staffs without standing performance in semi-annual sales to encourage everyone to advancebravely, motivate themselves to go forward using the spirit of wolf pack, andattempt to achieve the sales goods.
During the training, two friendly basketball matches were organized of the staffs of Kewei so that the communication between the sales team and the staffs in each department wasenhanced while playing with sweats.
The smooth ending of this conference is a new improvement for the partners who are newly included intothe MicroPort Kewei, and a new exchange for the old staffs. Through thisconference, the entire staffs of market sales have a new definition on themselves and the products. We believe that, we will apply the knowledge and skills imparted in this conference to the actual work in the future, and create a more brilliant future for ourselves and the company.
